   All rights, title, and interest in the content and technology made available via the VertaaFood platform are owned by Vertaafood Oy. This includes:

   1. Website and mobile application design
   2. Product databases and menu information
   3. Logos, trademarks, and branding assets
   4. All original written or visual content
   5. Coupon system of VertaaFood has been created 2019- 2025 and the design and program system belongs to the company.
2. Permitted Use

   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the VertaaFood website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

   You may:

   1. View and compare food-related products and services
   2. Share publicly available content with proper credit to Vertaafood Oy

   You may not:

   1. Copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, or exploit any content for commercial use
   2. Use bots, scraping tools, or other automated methods to extract data without written permission
   3. Remove, obscure, or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
3. User-Generated Content

   By submitting any content (such as reviews, feedback, or comments), you grant Vertaafood Oy a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, and sub licensable license to use, display, modify, and publish that content in connection with its services.

   You retain ownership of your submissions, but Vertaafood Oy may use them freely within the platform without compensation.

4. Third-Party Content

   All third-party trademarks, images, or intellectual property displayed on the site remain the property of their respective owners. Vertaafood Oy makes no claim of ownership unless explicitly stated.

5. Violation of Copyright
